Appointment of new CEO of IGLI holding

Jersey, 24 June 2020 – The Board of Directors of IGLI, in extraordinary electronic meeting, which was held today, elected the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IGLI S.p.A.

The Board meeting appointed Mr Max Vergara Poeti-Marentini as CEO of IGLI.

Mr. Vergara Poeti-Marentini had been serving as interim CEO of IGLI since January 2017.

The term of office of the new CEO will be two years, ending on the day of the approval of the 2021 annual accounts.
