Our Foundation

A foundation that bets on education for all.

TheYouthFirst’s mission is to support and spread 21st century learning by creating collaborative partnerships between education leaders, organizations and philanthropists, so that children and adolescents can have the skills that allow them to thrive in a world of fast changes and limited opportunities.

The foundation envisions a world in which children and youth have learning opportunities and develop competencies to thrive as leaders, innovators and citizens of tomorrow.

Committed to Latin America

Brasil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Perú

As part of our commitment to our Latin American roots, The Youth First awards grants and gives support to other organizations in five countries of Latin America.

The project initially assigned USD$40 million for over a dozen African nations, but in 2019, once Phase III of the African ventures ended, the foundation refocused on Latin America, where it currently operates.

The YouthFirst’s main office is in Bogotá, Colombia.
